Do I need to open an account to order?
It is not necessary to create an account to order from OhMyCandyBox. You can order in guest mode.
What is the point of having an account with OhMyCandyBox?
Creating an account allows you to remember your information (address, payment method, etc.), to track your orders more easily and to have access to the history of orders already sent.
Why am I being told to create an account when I have already placed an order?
You can order on OhMyCandyBox without creating an account. However, we advise our regular customers to create an account to make ordering easier, have access to all site features and a personalized experience on the site.
Will I have access to my order history if I create my account after ordering?
Yes! Guest mode orders will be listed in your account (as long as you create it with the same email address you used when ordering). If you have multiple email addresses and want to centralize everything in one account, you can contact our customer service.
Our products
The product I'm looking for is no longer in stock, when will it be back?
Despite the hard work of the OhMyCandyBox supply team, it often happens that we run out of the product you requested.
We invite you to leave your email on the products in question to receive an email notification when the item is "back in stock" on OhMyCandyBox.
Then you can buy it quickly!
Your order
I have a promo code, how can I use it?
After confirming the shopping cart, you will find the "promo code" box on the right, where you need to enter the promo code.
To confirm, simply click on "apply".
Don't forget to check if the code has been taken into account before confirming the order.
How can I access the tracking of my order?
You can track your order by going directly to your account, the "my orders" tab when you connect to your account.
If you have not created an account, you can also track your order by clicking on the tracking link that is sent by email as soon as the package leaves the warehouse.
I want to change my order
Unfortunately, we are unable to add or remove one or more items from an order once it has entered our system.
There is an error in my order
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with the contents of your package and for the surprise to be effective!
Our orders are prepared by hand, carefully, but sometimes mistakes happen and we are sorry.
Upon receipt of your complaint, our customer service will process your complaint as soon as possible.
Delivery
What shipping methods are available?
All orders are delivered to your home address via DPD, a reliable courier service that ensures fast and secure shipping.
To which country do we deliver?
We want to be able to share the OhMyCandyBox experience across Europe!
For now, we deliver to Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Poland.
I made a mistake in my delivery address, can I change it?
If you have entered the wrong shipping address, we may still be able to change it, it all depends on whether your order has been processed in the warehouse or not.
If it's supported, we won't be able to change it anymore, but if you're faster than lightning, we can update it without a problem.

How much is the delivery?
The shipping cost is displayed during checkout and depends on the delivery country.
Shipping is free for all orders over 49€ in Croatia and Slovenia, and over 89€ for all other countries.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay online by credit card: we accept CB, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, prepaid cards (CB, Mastercard, Visa) as well as American Express cards.
We also accept PayPal and cash on delivery!
