Order Preparation & Delivery

All orders are carefully prepared, with an estimated processing time of 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been prepared, it will be shipped via DPD for fast delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to follow your shipment and see the estimated delivery time.

Note: Delivery times may occasionally be longer due to public holidays. Such details will be displayed during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on delivery is available for orders in Croatia, Slovenia, and Slovakia, with an additional fee of €0.50. However, if a COD order is not collected, future COD orders will no longer be possible. In such cases, delivery and return costs will be charged according to our commercial terms.

For all other countries, payment is available by card or PayPal.
